         March 31-April 1  -- Mahavir Jayanti Celebrations 

        As we stated in our earlier email that for our forthcoming Mahavir Jayanti
        Program Celbrations during Saturday, March 31 and Sunday, April 1, we have
        invited Shri Pulkitbhai from Boston, MA. We are going to have the programs
        on Saturday afternoon and on Sunday. Exact details will be emailed on a
        later date.

        We need your help for the following.

       (1) We need food co-ordinator(s) to help co-ordinate the food preparations for 
           the dinner during Saturday, March 31, program.

           We need food co-ordinator(s) to help co-ordinate the food preparations for 
           the lunch on Sunday, April 01, program.

       (2) We need a family to host our Guest shri Pulkitbhai for Saturday, Mar 31,
           night.

       (3) We need volunteers to pick up  and drop off our guest from/to the 
           Lambert Airport.

       Don't just wait for others to call. Pick up your phone and call Hemal Sanghvi at
       636-922-3818 OR Ketan Shah at 636-447-2925 to let us know what can you do. 

       
       In order to better estimate the quantity of food required for dinners/lunches
       at Jain Center Programs, we have decided to use the online utility called
       Evite. It's kind of an online RSVP tracking 
       program. We would send you an electronic invitation for our Mahavir Jayanti 
       program shortly. The members who are going to be present at the program,
       will just have to RSVP on the Evite invitation. This way we can try to have 
       a good estimate of the number of people who can make it to these programs. 
       And we think this can help the food co-ordinators to reduce the food waste
       and/or help them prepare sufficient food. Don't worry about all the if's and
       but's. We are not looking for perfection, but only a good estimate. So watch
       our for Jain Center Evite Invitation in future emails. 

       And once gain, don't forget to call for above mentioned help.
